Equipment composition:
The production line is mainly composed of melting furnace (shaft furnace, holding furnace or reverberatory furnace), five-wheel integrated continuous caster, rolling shear, straightener, rougher, continuous rolling mill, lubrication system, cooling reduction device, rod closing device and electrical control system.

The production line can be equipped with different types of copper furnaces according to the different raw materials (electrolytic copper or waste copper), which can produce electrolytic copper rod (ETP) and pyrorefining copper rod (FRHC) respectively.

The continuous rolling mill has the functions of active feeding and stacking stop. The unique rolling method of combining two and three rolls makes the rolled rod have excellent mechanical properties.
The main drive system adopts full digital adjustment of DC motor. The use of programmable logic controller (PLC) and human-machine interface touch screen can carry out the whole-line linkage control of the main machine and auxiliary machine, as well as detect and display the operating parameters and faults of the equipment.
